SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

Seedway is looking for a motivated Safety Coordinator to help drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance across our operations. In this WFH role, you will partner closely with local teams and GROWMARK to protect our people, facilities, and communities.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; provide clear recommendations.
  • Monitor and stay current on OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, respond to emergencies, and lead corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory compliance in partnership with GROWMARK.
  • Deliver training and communications to promote safe and compliant work practices.
  • Monitor CSA scores and driver safety metrics; provide coaching as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal safety partners.

What You Bring

  • Associate's degree in safety, industrial technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of EHS or safety-related experience.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
