Requirements and Preferences

Work Schedule	40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Intermittent/As-Needed )
Other Work/Responsibilities	Assignment Duration: Intermittent/As-Needed - work may be scheduled on an on/off basis for several weeks at a time, depending on project needs."
Minimum Experience/Education	High school diploma or GED Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Department Required Skills	Demonstrated willingness to learn and support the conduct of developmental research trials and industrial production processes. Proven initiative, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend more efficient approaches to tasks. Strong commitment to continuous learning, with the ability and desire to acquire new skills and expand knowledge. Eagerness to learn on the job and quickly adapt to new responsibilities and environments.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	1-3 years of experience working within quality systems (e.g., cGMP, ISO, or similar regulated environments). Experience with inventory management processes and systems. Forklift operation experience (certification preferred). Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and equipment upkeep.
