Opportunity Overview:

Project Manager II - Nuclear Facilities

Contract- 1 Year Onsite

Prairie Island Nuclear Plant - Welch, MN or

Monticello Nuclear Plant - Monticello, MN

Per diem may be available to those that qualify.

You will manage the full project lifecycle-from initial definition through closeout-ensuring you meet all scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments. You will provide leadership, structure, communication, and proactive problemsolving to keep projects moving while maintaining compliance with nuclear industry standards.

Your Day-to-Day:



  • Manage 5-10 facilities and construction projects ranging from $100K to multimilliondollar budgets.
  • Maintain scopes of work, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and funding requests.
  • Oversee project financials, cost tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and change management throughout all project phases.
  • Lead communication with our teams, suppliers, contractors, engineering, and operations.
  • Maintain communication plans and regular meeting cadences.
  • Provide daily direction to project resources and coordinate crossfunctional support.
  • Apply nuclear industry requirements, including modification processes, QA standards, operating policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates for executives and important partners.


Who You Are:



  • 5-7 years of facilities and/or construction project management experience
  • Successful track record managing $100K to multimilliondollar projects

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon review of qualifications, to be $65/hour to $69/hour.
