As the AI Program Manager, you will manage the AI program lifecycle from project definition through implementation while working in partnership with agile teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. You will participate in work breakdown sessions and planning sessions to build out epics and a timetable for the project(s). Ultimately, you are accountable for successfully orchestrating the delivery of the AI work across the different teams and for navigating dependencies between teams, sequencing of work, and ensuring collective progress of the impacted teams. You will collaborate with Product Owners while respecting their roles, to ensure work is planned into sprints and that major milestones are being met. You will also work closely with external vendors to align plans, track, and hold them accountable to meeting delivery milestones and ensure clear and active communication. While teams remove their own roadblocks, you will own oversight, risk management, decision making and escalations at the higher program level.

About This Role:

Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation and adoption of FNTS's AI solutions in a collaborative manner, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and measure the adoption and usage of AI solutions to continuously improve solution effectiveness and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases across all areas of FNTS, track and measure backlog value, and orchestrate organizational resources and priorities for implementation.
  • Guide the deployment and integration of AI models and digital tools into FNTS's service offerings, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor emerging technologies and AI trends to maintain FNTS's competitive edge, advising on strategic adjustments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years experience in program management or application implementation following application or software development lifecycle practices including compliance and risk management.
  • Minimum two years of experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with proven expertise in project implementation and strategy development at a management level.
  • Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field required; and/or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications in AI or digital innovation are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and present to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
  • Outcome focused: You are flexible in your approach to Agile and Project Management and willing to try new things and just as willing to let go of what's not working or blocking results.
  • Leadership qualities: You'll be expected to establish credibility and rapport up and across as well as with technical and non-technical colleagues. You'll lean on your facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion skills to bring others along with you.
  • Organizational complexity: You will need to be able handle various responsibilities such as the planning, scheduling, and management of all aspects of a project including dependency management of multiple impacted teams.
  • A natural communicator: You will be eager to share your team's work and increase its visibility, over-communicate risks and dependencies, and both give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Transparent: You understand the value of transparency and role model transparency in all you do.
  • Adaptable: You have the ability to respond to anticipated changes and to plan for and mitigate unanticipated changes.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00-$145,309.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Please note, work location is subject to change based on business needs.
