Responsibilities Directsand managescompliance with the quality, health & safety and environmental programsand lead incidentprevention efforts to ensure company and project quality, health & safety, and environmental goals are met for the area. Ensuresworkarea assessments are completed by area quality, health &safetyand environmental personnel. Ensuresappropriate trainingprograms are conductedand tracked. Coaches,providesfeedbackandprovidesdevelopment opportunities toother QHSE professionals under his/her area of responsibility to ensure they can meetor exceedperformance goals. Ensuresareaand projectquality, health & safety, and environmental related programsare aligned with and meetLaneQHSE standards. Tracksjobsiteinspections and audits with a focus on hazard recognition and unsafe behaviors. Participatesin regulatory agency inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with federal and stateQHSEregulations. Analyze JHAdatatodeterminewhat Safety, Environmental and Quality hazardscan beavoided. Collaborateswith corporate insurance department to ensure proper documentation has been prepared andmaintainedon asset loss and workers compensation claims. Performs other duties as assigned.
