Distribution Associate

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Distribution Associate to join our team in Monroe, LA. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our dynamic operations.

Pay: $17 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility
• Read and interpret work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine item placement and delivery
• Follow verbal instructions from Shipping & Receiving senior personnel
• Use barcode scanners to pull, tag, and load customer pickups

Requirements:

• Forklift experience is a plus;fabrication machining experience is crucial
• Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, walking, and moving quickly for 8 to 12-hour shifts
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent motor skills, mental alertness, and the ability to pass an agility test
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures
