Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Enterprise Content Management Consultant - I (USD). Location: New York, NY. Role Overview:
  • The Content Consultant is responsible for producing high-quality, field-facing content across social, digital, and template-based formats.
  • This role translates strategic direction into polished deliverables, ensuring all assets are brand-aligned, compliant, and optimized for agent use.
  • The consultant will work within established frameworks and collaborate across teams to execute content calendars, creative development, and template updates using Canva Enterprise and Hearsay/Yext.

Must Haves:
  • Expert-level Canva experience, specifically for social media platforms and end-to-end content execution.
  • Compliance awareness (experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or medical).
  • Ability to manage high-volume content production.
  • Content optimization skills.
  • Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and digital design.
  • Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create multi-format content assets: social posts, carousels, video scripts, email copy, articles, recruiting materials, and Canva templates.
  • Develop and update Canva Enterprise templates for usability, flexibility, and brand consistency.
  • Produce tailored content variations for agent segments, DBAs, recruiting audiences, and cultural markets.
  • Convert content pillars and messaging frameworks into ready-to-publish assets.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams to refine and finalize content.
  • Support Instagram content development, including personalized asset versions aligned with platform behavior.
  • Execute production tasks for major launches (IG, Canva, Field GPT rollout).
  • Proofread, format, and adapt content across channels (Hearsay/Yext Instagram, email, YouTube).
  • Utilize Canva AI, internal custom GPT tools, and approved technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain organized workflows and collaborate with the Manager on timelines and deliverables.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and report back to the manager.
  • Provide analytics and performance reporting on created content.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in content creation, copywriting, digital design, or social media production.
  • Mastery of Canva or comparable design/content tools.
  • Ability to interpret strategic guidance and convert it into compelling visual and written content.
  • Experience developing multi-format content in fast-paced or matrixed environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand standards.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple production deadlines.
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, insurance, medical) preferred.
