This role will help Adobe Express scale and serve the creative needs of the world's largest Enterprises. You will own the strategy for cross-team productivity and organization-wide adoption. You will be responsible for ensuring Enterprise users are successful in the adoption, usage and proliferation of Adobe Express. Your scope will cover teamwork which spans from the creative asset level to comprehensive workow strategy. If you love untangling complex problems, obsess over how teams actually get work done, and want to build products that scale across thousands of users collaborating at once - this role is for you. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Manager with 3+ years of product management experience, with prior background in building enterprise user-facing experiences. They excel at partner management and enjoy collaborating with many teams and functions. They can think at a systems level, and also like getting in the weeds to understand a complex problem and make data-driven decisions with their team. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
