Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will provide project support for a variety of Talent Acquisition programs and processes with a direct focus on sourcing candidates. What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"



  • Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing candidates to fill open requisites using a variety of tools and processes.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to ensure efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the business.
  • Assists in the job posting and advertisement process.
  • Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists in interview process, attending and conducting interviews with Business Leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and/or others during the offer letter process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinates, attends and participates in college job fairs, community career fairs as well as military partnerships.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.



What You'll Need



  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher).
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

Requirements:




  • College degree, trade school background, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant recruiting experience


Preferred Experience: (but not required):




  • Experience supporting construction, security, or technical trade hiring
  • Experience supporting sales, management, or administrative hiring
  • PHR or similar certification

The anticipated compensation of this position is $69,000 - $81,600 annual base salary.

Please note that this job posting includes salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region the requisition is posted. If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
