Responsibilities Provide cleaning duties including:o Cleaning bathrooms o Cleaning break rooms o Replenish bathroom supplies o Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning surfaces o Windows. Work with a team of housekeepers and facilities technicians. Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies Respond to requests for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass Collect and remove trash and debris Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linen Clean upholstered and non-upholstered furniture Perform detailed deep cleaning when required Clean all areas, including the anatomy lab when required Report safety issues and property damage to supervisor Report and return lost property Maintain a positive relationship with employees, students, tenants, and guests Qualifications Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects as needed under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
