The Project Manager will actively manage integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while coordinating closely with cross-functional internal teams and third-party consultants and development partners. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to quickly remove blockers to keep teams moving forward and outcomes on track.

CORE EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • Demonstrated success managing projects across strategy, design, development, QA, and launch
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Background supporting B2B or regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing) preferred

PROJECT & DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and status reporting
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to technical, resourcing, and timeline constraints
  • Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical standards

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, eBusiness, IT, UX, Content, Legal/Compliance, and Analytics
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders with differing priorities and levels of technical expertise
  • Drive alignment between business requirements and technical implementation

THIRD-PARTY & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate daily activities with 3rd-party integrator consultancies and development partners
  • Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure quality and on-time execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners
  • Support contract scope adherence and change management processes

CMS & DIGITAL PLATFORM EXPERTISE

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar)
  • Familiarity with content migration, component-based design systems, and headless or hybrid architectures
  • Understanding of integrations with related platforms (e.g., DAM, PIM, eCommerce, analytics)

COMMUNICATION & GOVERNANCE

  • Lead recurring project ceremonies (status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates)
  • Produce clear, concise executive-level updates and project documentation
  • Establish and maintain governance processes to support efficient delivery and accountability

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
