Responsibilities Responsible for the timely and accurate processing, underwriting, and closing of a loan file. Maintains effective communication with the member and referral sources to ensure coordination and exchange of information for accomplishing the closing of the member's mortgage loan. Responsible for validation of data as well as collection and evaluation of all documented information required. Reviews Automated Underwriting findings ensuring that the loan meets the eligibility and underwriting guidelines and all conditions for closing are met. Responsible for reviewing the appraisal of the property, the title report, and the flood certification. Prepares all required closing documents, and coordinates with outside title agent and member to schedule closing. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
