The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Marketing team in North America is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a key global innovation category for equipment manufacturers and retail market channels. The Marketing Manager will be a key member of our global innovation team and will contribute to the expansion and execution of product portfolio strategies and develop new program opportunities.

This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing - Global QSR and requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

What You Will Do:

  • Support sales growth, customer retention and profitability of the business within the business platform by supporting strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
  • Analyze market conditions and identify sales opportunities-ensuring that objectives align with overall divisional goals.
  • Drive marketing efforts of existing products and work across regions to drive global innovation.
  • Provide Ecolab sales force with leadership and marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable reporting.
  • Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge.Communicate market needs and opportunities.
  • Develop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting and customer and sales history analysis.
  • Execute marketing strategies, programs and pricing strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.
  • Assist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver project results.

Position Details:

  • This is a hybrid role based out of Greensboro, NC and requires being in the office at least 3 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years of marketing experience
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
  • Business-to-business and / or retail marketing experience
  • Strong PC skills, e.g., Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential
  • Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
