Job description: Oversees the daily activities of the department in the absence of the Director. Assists in the planning, directing, and coordinating operations in support of the Bank's growth. In addition, pro-actively develops business through customer calling efforts, on-going, and diligent follow up with customers, prospects, branch managers, lenders, and other internal PCB customer facing resources. Achieves annual New Deposit Sales goals through independent calling efforts and partnering with team members throughout the Bank. Coordinates Cash Management related business development calls with Commercial Lender or Retail Banking Managers and other bank customer facing employees. Conducts a personal interview with prospective client to determine Cash Management needs. Analyzes Business Banking Statements and determines appropriate pricing based on analysis. Prepares and customizes formal proposal/RFP for prospective client. Presents proposal/product and service recommendations to client after review of needs; ask for business and completes the sale. Complete all Risk Assessments, Contracts, User Agreements and Training Coordination or New Account Documentation as needed. Assists customers with Docu-Sign for Cash Management Agreements Installs all Cash Management Software such as RDC, Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Wires, Positive Pay, Bill Pay, and TTL Payments, etc. Trains Cash Management Customer and their staff on how to access/operate Cash Management Services and equipment. Senior level point of contact for all Cash Management related issues. Direct point of contact, and manages day to day activity of high level Cash Management Customers. Refers all new deposit account openings to assigned branches and oversees that accounts are setup/linked accordingly under the guidelines of Cash Management. Makes line of business referrals to partners such as Retail Banking, Consumer/Commercial Lending, and Wealth Management. Strong knowledge of, and daily use of Salesforce to log and complete sales activity. Conducts high level vendor calls with Fiserv related to RDC issues. Conducts all Annual Site Visit Audits for Cash Management customers. Provides a high level of technical and transactional support related to Cash Management services. Assists Cash Management Director with reports/projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned

Relationships and Contacts Internal: Reports to Cash Management Director; Frequent communication with Senior Management, Commercial Lending and Retail Banking Team Members; Timely communication with various levels of management and team members. External: Frequent communication with business customers for business development, training and installation; Contact with community leaders as requested.
