The Workover Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Personally work safely and ensure safe work by all contractors, vendors, or anyone on EQT property at all times
- Maintain an Absolute Zero safety environment
- Responsible for supervising Workover, Flowback, and Plugging projects from start to finish on time and on budget
- Responsible for implementing Workover, Flowback, and Plugging design as provided by engineering
- Responsible for supervising Workover, Flowback, and Plugging activities and coordinating operations between Production operations, Engineering, Facilities Construction, Midstream, Completions, and Drilling departments
- Maintain operational efficiencies and cost controls of work in progress
- Responsible for quality control of contractor performance and equipment. Individual will be responsible for continuous improvement of Workover, Flowback, and Plugging techniques
- Responsible for meeting metrics during the tubing campaign
- Responsible for project cost tracking and working in Wellview
- Assist with Production operations as required
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
- Able to contribute in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to accurately complete all associated documentation
- Ability to think analytically and solve moderately complex problems
- Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs
- Understanding of Workover Rigs, Coiled Tubing, and Wireline equipment
- Ability to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes but is not limited to lifting and carrying 70 lbs, walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this job
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment
