Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Field Service Representative (FSR) - Seniorto support this mission atHurlburt Field, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Field Services Representative - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Applies expertise across multiple complex field service tasks as member of CONUS-based global mobility/rapid deployment team. Operates with appreciable latitude in accordance with the Peraton FSR Framework.
- Performs independent setup, basic configuration, operational testing, and comprehensive troubleshooting of C2ISR systems and components (RF and networking equipment) during installations, pre-deployments, and deployments.
- Manages teardown, packing, and shipping processes for C2ISR equipment, including executing Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures efficiently.
- Provides on-site training to personnel on system setup, operations/configuration of RF and network components, and troubleshooting, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Contributes to Field Maintenance and Support Reports (FMSRs) by documenting deployed FSR activities, completed repairs, and identified outstanding issues or trends for PRDs.
- Delivers effective help desk support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and coordinating with higher-tier support when necessary.
- Collaborates effectively with technical teams and site personnel to address system issues and logistical challenges.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodologies for providing rapid and effective on-site support across diverse mission environments.
- Ensures and champions adherence to established FSR support procedures, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements as outlined in PRDs.
- Provides support for crew change-out activities, ensuring continuity of service and smooth transitions for deployed systems.
- Utilizes the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; eMass, Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilizes the following Role Specific Tools: Deployment logistics platforms for rapid global support; SATCOM gateway troubleshooting kits (RGEP/IGEP integration modules, L3 Harris SRVT converters); portable diagnostic tools for ISR platforms and ground stations; ticketing and incident management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy); stakeholder communication dashboards for field issue visibility; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized field support processes; lessons learned repositories for installation and sustainment practices; configuration management databases (CMDB) for deployed assets; variance and utilization analysis tools for field operations; compliance audit checklists for DoD field service standards; predictive analytics engines for failure forecasting and preventive maintenance; mobile collaboration tools for real time coordination with engineering teams.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Field Service Representative (FSR) or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level; Minimum of 5 years' experience with BS/BA, or 3 years' experience with MS/MA, or 0 years' experience with PhD.
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
Work Environment:
- Location:Hurlburt Field, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
