As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol - Full Time in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related issues, and support guests and tenants through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, parking lots, loading areas, and perimeter routes as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, and take appropriate action consistent with post orders and local procedures to help to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical situations, lost children, and/or tenant concerns.
• Control access to restricted areas when assigned by checking credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and/or maintaining orderly entry and exit flow.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, theft-related activity, and/or property damage, and coordinate with site representatives and/or local law enforcement as directed.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and/or patrol documentation using required reporting tools and timelines.
• Support retail operations by providing directions, assisting with customer inquiries, and/or helping to de-escalate concerns while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• - Be 21 years of age or older.
• - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
