Can be located at any of the following locations: Seattle, WA / Spokane, WA / Portland, OR / Boise, ID / Salt Lake City, UT / Denver, CO / Las Vegas, NV. PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: The Territory Portfolio Manager reports to the Territory Vice President and is responsible for driving portfolio growth (Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies. Key duties include oversight of sales meetings, proposal volume, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps. The Territory Portfolio Manager will also be responsible for all associated Key Performance Indicators defined for Repair sales. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Partner with departments, particularly the EI Business Line, to facilitate and administer key initiatives and processes throughout the Territory. This may require the Territory Portfolio Manager to be involved in decision making, processing, reporting, and communications. * Develop key relationships with internal (ex. EI Business Line, Strategic Accounts, BSC, etc.) and external stakeholders to establish Schindler as a preferred service provider, promoting key points of differentiation to achieve defined business objectives.
