The Opportunity

Adobe Mix Modeler (AMM) is redefining how enterprises measure, plan, and optimize marketing investment by combining advanced modeling with business user focused experiences. The solution helps organizations move beyond fragmented attribution toward comprehensive, trustworthy insights that guide budget allocation, forecasting, and decision-making across channels and marketing teams.

As Principal Product Manager, AI Measurement in Adobe Mix Modeler, own core areas of AMM's roadmap inclusive of researching, incubating, and delivering AI-powered capabilities that help marketers and analysts understand what's working, predict outcomes, and confidently act on insights.

Your areas of responsibility will be especially focused on AI based marketing measurement capabilities. Depending on a given project, you could also influence data ingestion/mapping, scenario planning, user experience and various internal and external integrations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of these features; from discovering customer problems, establishing business opportunity, collaborating x-functionally to make your solutions come to life and finally ensuring customer and business success.

This is a senior, hands-on product role that blends execution excellence with strategic influence. You will also meet directly with customers in pre- and post-sale contexts and help Adobe scale and evolve Mix Modeler as a core part of the Adobe Analytics family of solutions.

Your work will directly influence how some of the largest brands measure the performance of their campaigns and how they allocate billions in media spend to drive growth.

It's an exciting time to join the team. We are firmly in the incubation and growth stages of the product-set. Our culture is to build value quickly, learn, iterate, and repeat. Come help drive this vision!

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Execution

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more functional areas within Adobe Mix Modeler; starting with the AI Measurement capabilities as a focus area.

Set near- and mid-term product vision within your domains, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can improve insight generation, usability, and decision support.

Drive execution end to end by writing clear, detailed product requirement documents (PRDs/RPDs), user stories, and supporting documentation.

Work closely with globally distributed engineering and data science teams to define scope, evaluate trade-offs, review technical approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Balance speed and rigor-shipping "good" solutions quickly, learning from customer feedback, and iterating rapidly is essential. Waiting to discover what perfection looks like before executing may happen from time to time but is far less common in this role.

Define success metrics and evaluate post-launch performance to guide iteration and investment.

ML & AI Feature Development

Research, prototype, and incubate new ML/AI capabilities using a 01 mentality, starting with slim, focused customer value.

Translate complex modeling approaches into usable product experiences tailored to analysts, data scientist and marketer personas.

Partner with data science teams to shape novel modeling capabilities and build associated requirements, interpret outputs, and ensure transparency, explainability, and customer trust.

Collaborate deeply with design partners to create intuitive workflows that make complex analytics understandable and actionable.

Develop UX artifacts, mockups, and flows to clarify product intent and accelerate alignment with deep collaboration with the UX Design team.

Customer & Market Engagement

Work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement teams to support positioning, launches, adoption, marketing collateral and enablement sessions.

Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand marketing measurement workflows, validate problems, and test early solutions and alter product roadmap as needed.

Participate in pre-sales conversations by articulating product capabilities, roadmap direction, and analytical concepts.

Provide post-sale consulting support to help customers successfully adopt new features and realize value.

Travel periodically to support customer engagements, internal planning, and cross-functional collaboration as needed.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Act as a senior individual contributor and role model for how to operate effectively in a fast paced, AI driven product environment.

Raise the overall bar for product craft, requirement documentation quality, and collaboration within the team.

Coach and mentor various consulting teams so that there is a broad understanding of AMM and related measurement methodologies ensuring a scaled approach to customer support.
