Job Description

• (Required) Experience of working with Multiple Voice/Telephony providers/infrastructure.
• (Required) Experience of working on a global rollout of telephony infrastructure for a contact center.
• (Required) Experience of Direct Routing configuration with Avaya Clients, and experience of working in Avaya PBX/ and IVR.
• Understanding of Telephony implementation in a Microsoft Teams Infrastructure environment, and experience of Teams administration.
• Experience of working with SIP providers and or working with voice carriers for establishing call forwarding options etc.
• Experience of Compliance and legal requirements around telephony based on regional requirements.
• Experience of working on Microsoft D365 Contact Center is nice to have.
