About You As Market Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership and growth of the broader Minnesota market and shall oversee all aspects of Brokerage services. In this role you will drive new business and the growth of market share in the region. You will be market and client facing, which includes participating in industry and local community groups/events and establishing and fostering client relationships. Additionally, you have a passion for recruitment, retention, and driving the business forward coupled with long-term succession planning - key areas of focus for this role. You will serve as an exemplary ambassador of Colliers' culture, both internally and externally, and will keep engagement of the Minnesota offices as a key priority, all while growing the market and positioning Colliers as an employer of choice. What you'll bring
Pursuant tolocal law, Colliers isdisclosingthe following information: Approximate SalaryRange for this Role:$200,000-$275,000 Ourcompensationranges aredeterminedby role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum andmaximumtarget for new hire salaries for the position across allnational locations. Within the range, individual pay isdeterminedby work location andadditionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.Employeesare able toenroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match.Employees will also receive10 daysof sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacationannually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of90 daysof employment. Individuals may be eligible for different oradditionalbenefits under applicable state law. Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
