The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of SelectTech's programs. This position will be responsible for assisting project managers and other managers in the planning, execution, and completion of various programs. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact, facilitating communication, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects meet their objectives within the specified time frame and budget.

Essential Functions

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project spend plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Facilitate communication for project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project risk registers to assist project managers' control and communicate project risk to stakeholders and customers.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring project deliverables against established quality standards and assisting in corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project-related correspondence.
