A skilled, professional position involving machine repair management, Knowledgeable in maintaining & operating of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). A minimum of three years of leadership experience in an industrial environment is required.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:



  • Directs and maintains all machine maintenance, machine preventive maintenance (PMs), building and grounds and maintenance team
  • Promotes continuous improvement
  • Obtains quotes for new vs. cost to repair or replace worn parts
  • Identifies and acquires any controls, tools, equipment, resources and skills that are needed to achieve the required quality
  • Stops production to prevent non-conforming product manufacture
  • Participates on improvement teams, as needed
  • Coordinates employee actions for subordinates to include evaluations, discipline, training, testing, and career development
  • Involvement in Forklift and Crane Training program
  • Other duties as assigned
