About the Position We are looking for a Platform / DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the shared infrastructure that enables our engineering teams to deliver software reliably and efficiently. This role is infrastructure-focused, with emphasis on cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment foundations, while supporting organization-wide CI/CD standards. About the Team The Platform Engineering team owns the shared infrastructure and core platform tooling used across the organization. We focus on enablement, provide opinionated paved roads, and are early in our journey toward broader SRE practices such as observability and incident learning. About You You're a practical, hands-on engineer who enjoys building and operating reliable infrastructure. You're comfortable owning systems end to end, from provisioning and automation to day-to-day operations and troubleshooting. You like working closely with other engineers, helping teams adopt shared platform tools and improving the developer experience along the way. You're curious, eager to learn, and bring a thoughtful approach to balancing speed, reliability, and scalability as the platform continues to evolve. The salary range for this position is $125,000 - 140,000 per year. #LI-HR1 What To Expect In This Position Design, provision, and operate cloud infrastructure and shared infrastructure modules with Terraform and Terragrunt Partner with teams to improve, modernize, and standardize cloud infrastructure Build, maintain, and modernize organization-wide CI/CD and deployment workflows Improve platform reliability and visibility through foundational observability Troubleshoot infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment issues Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed Work in a highly-collaborative, fast-paced environment. What Sets You Apart 2-4 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role Strong production experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform; Terragrunt preferred) Experience operating containerized workloads using Docker (Kubernetes/EKS a plus) Solid understanding of Linux systems and cloud networking fundamentals Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions Ability to automate using Python and shell scripting (Bash) Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative mindset Kubernetes or EKS experience Familiarity with ArgoCD in GitOps-based workflows Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logs, and alerting) Exposure to SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs or postmortems Exposure to operating or supporting email infrastructure (e.g., PowerMTA / PMTA) Excited about this role, but don't meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
