Responsibilities 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts Level IV NICU 72 Bed; ADC is 60 Neonatal ECMO, iNO, Frequent Ventilation (Jet and Oscillator) and Body Cooling Delivery Room Attendance, Admissions, Level III type Intubated Patients High Acuity Qualifications Board Certified Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Level III NICU or Above. Candidates are NOT required to have ECMO experience (never solo on shift) Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligible Available to Offer Ongoing Availability Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position. Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 150.00 /hour Our benefits include for Per Diem members: Employee Assistance* PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
