DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE GENERAL AVIATION

High Exposure, Inc is seeking a DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE GENERAL AVIATION in Woodbine, NJ The Director of Maintenance (DOM) - General Aviation (GA) leads the aircraft maintenance division for aircraft & insures safe/reliable performance of aircraft maintenance & repair to assure all aircraft are operational as scheduled. Direct all aircraft maintenance, Delegate work to other aircraft mechanics. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, interfacing with the FAA part 91 operations. Maintenance forecasting and budgeting. Relative understanding of aviation (GA) safety standards & operating practices, 14 CFR Chapter 1 as pertains to any/all work performed, maintenance & airworthiness requirements relative to Part 91.BS Aircraft Maintenance. 6 months experience as Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor or Mechanic hands-on experience performing aircraft maintenance & repairs on single engine, recip aircraft (Cessna 150 & 172s). Must possess or be eligible to obtain, certification to the level of an FAA Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) or FAA Inspector Authorization (IA). Knowledge & Experienced in all levels of GA maintenance including sheet metal, welding, aircraft restoration, painting, rigging, removal and instillation and overhaul of aircraft engines & propellers preferred.
