As an Operations & Welding Process Specialist, you act as a Subject Matter Specialist who aligns high-level welding engineering with operational excellence. You will visit our internal field plants and external client sites to evaluate existing welding processes. Your primary focus is to look through an "operational lens" to identify bottlenecks, suggest safer techniques, and propose advanced technologies that enhance efficiency and safety. This is an advanced technical support and sales role designed to streamline the partnership process by providing compelling technical value and evidence-based solutions.
