THE PRINCIPAL - TALENT DEVELOPMENT ROLE Are you passionate about helping employees, leaders, and teams harness their potential and maximize their effectiveness in support of organizational success? OurPrincipal- Talent Development, will first focus on building a deep and complex understanding of the organization, our culture, and our employee and leadership needs. Grounded in this understanding, they will build and lead a comprehensive, multimodal ecosystem of bespoke development programs and tools, from concept to implementation. These may include the creation of workshops, academies,eLearnings, onboarding programs, learning events, team effectiveness programs, facilitated meetings and offsite experiences, and other solutions that are integrated into a thoughtful employee and leader development journey. ThePrincipalwill also serve as a trusted partner for leaders across the organization. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: In partnership with Management, develop the comprehensive strategy and resource allocation for a core Talent Management program based onstrongunderstanding of the business, employee needs, and industry bestpractices.
- Leadsthe design, build, and delivery of high-quality, high-impact, scalable solutions across the full program lifecycle - from concept through implementation -ensuring that solutions align with and drive relevant business, HR, and Talentpriorities.
- Servesas a dedicated consultant to business and HR leaders, translating complex Talent Management concepts into actionable guidance and partnering onthe successful, client-focused adoption.
- Manages program timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leads the creation and delivery of high-impact resources and experiences including presentations, workshops, frameworks, and toolkits that support development, leadership, performance, and engagementgoals.
- Ensures strong change management and communication practices to support adoption and impact across client groups.
- Serve as a visible and trusted Talent Management expert across the organization,representingthe function in cross-divisional work and special projects.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- At least eight (8) years of progressive experience driving business outcomes through the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent or HR programs.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and talent management practices, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce capability.
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a trusted consultative partner to senior leaders, with the ability to influence outcomes through data, insights, andwell structuredrecommendations.
- Experience leading or owning integrated employee, team, and leadership development programs of moderate to high complexity, including planning, building, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery of client centered solutions on time and within scope that drive high-impact, high-quality solutions that are tailored to the needs of diverse client groups.
- Proven ability to independently solve ambiguous and complex problems, and to guide others through structured problem-solving whenappropriate.
- Strong consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience translating Talent Management concepts into practical, actionable solutions for leaders and HR partners.
- Proficiencywith the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use data and visuals to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential environment, manage work at a steady andappropriate pace, and consistently deliver high-quality work products with minimal guidance (guidance provided primarily for the most complex situations).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources,a relatedfield, or equivalent experience.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
