Responsibilities

Job SummaryThis position will prepare and interpret moderate financial analyses. Knowledge of billing and coding information is instrumental in the data collection activities for medical group provider compensation, productivity, and the strategic development department. Works closely with leadership and other teams to provide specific clinical and financial data analysis. Essential Functions Data and Payment Accuracy
  • Assist in calculating monthly/quarterly provider compensation
  • Audit payroll files and true-up payment records against plan terms
  • Participates in annual provider compensation related surveys
Performance Tracking
  • Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures
  • Escalate outliers or data discrepancies to Senior Analyst or Director
Documentation and Workflow Support
  • Maintain organized records for comp plans, approval documentation, and policy references
  • Help respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files
Operational Support
  • Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and status changes for providers
Improvement and Learning
  • Document and improve comp workflows and processing logic
  • Develop internal SOPs for common tasks and share knowledge with team members
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work-related experience - Required
Experience
  • 1 year experience in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles - Preferred
