Security Officer - Financial Rover Patrol

As a Security Officer - Financial Rover Patrol in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a major financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and respond to concerns with calm customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns for reporting.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical situations, and/or disruptive behavior, and notify appropriate contacts as needed.
• Complete detailed reports, log book entries, and/or incident documentation, and communicate observed conditions to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
