As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors, document observations, and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, ATM areas, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter spaces as applicable.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Help to monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and employees in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation, note unusual activity or hazards, and support business continuity by following post orders and escalation protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
