Moog Commercial Aircraft is hiring a Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) that will lead the end-to-end integrated business planning process for OE production programs across the enterprise. In this role you will ensure alignment between demand, supply, materials, and program execution to meet customer commitments, optimize inventory and working capital, and reduce supply risk. You will directly manage the Materials Management team for OE globally and will partner closely with Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance to drive predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

As a Director, Integrated Business Planning your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across CAG, ensuring alignment between strategic OE production business objectives, operational plans, and financial targets.

  • Develop, maintain and execute on a unified planning framework that integrates demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and financial planning.

  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly IBP cycles, including executive reviews, scenario planning, and decision-making forums.

  • Accountable for planning efforts across OE global manufacturing sites and supply chain, ensuring consistent processes, data integrity, and alignment of capacity and material flow.

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for demand and capacity data, enabling real-time visibility and informed decision-making.

  • Identify and resolve planning gaps and constraints, proactively managing risks and trade-offs to support delivery commitments.

  • Leverage business intelligence and analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario modeling, and performance tracking.

  • Continuously improve planning processes and systems, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to increase agility and responsiveness.

  • Support the Moog SAP enterprise transformation efforts, ensuring the SAP IBP solution in development aligns with CAG requirements

  • Provide strategic leadership and establish KPIs for the OE global materials management and logistics teams

To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Typically, bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive supply chain, materials planning, or integrated business planning experience, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex topics

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of demand planning processes and complex manufacturing environments.

  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and driving new processes

  • SAP experience

  • Ability to travel 10-15% of time

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $175,000.00-$220,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
