Description and Requirements We are hiring a Data Analytics Intern to join our Strategy and Group Performance team. This role offers hands-on experience working closely with senior analytics team on real-world business problems, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will support ongoing analytics initiatives, help transform raw data into insights, and gain exposure to enterprise-level data platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions Assist in data analysis, validation, and storytelling for business and executive audiences Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Help document analytics processes, metrics definitions, and data logic Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, analytics) Participate in ad-hoc analytical requests and summer project initiatives Present findings and recommendations to analytics and business stakeholders Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field Experience with visualization tools such as Power Bi / Qlik Data cleaning and analysis experience using SQL, Python, or R Ability to work with datasets to perform data validation and transform raw data into actionable insights Strong communication skills Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per week We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
