The Talent Development Partner supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Interface's enterprise talent and culture strategy. This role translates business and talent strategies into actionable programs and solutions that build capability, enhance engagement, and strengthen Interface's leadership pipeline.

Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, the Talent Development Partner collaborates with HR and business leaders to operationalize key talent initiatives, apply data-driven insights, and ensure programs deliver measurable impact. This position combines expertise in talent development, performance management, culture, and analytics to help shape a consistent, high-performing employee experience across the enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities:

Talent Program Development & Implementation

  • Partner with the Senior Talent Business Partner to implement key components of Interface's talent strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce priorities.
  • Lead the execution of differential talent investment programs, leveraging Hogan Assessments to identify participant strengths and development opportunities and coordinating delivery of high-impact learning and development experiences.
  • Refine and support performance management, potential assessment, and goal-setting strategies and frameworks to ensure fairness, relevance, and consistency across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to embed talent practices into existing processes, reinforcing accountability and continuous improvement.

Culture & Engagement Enablement

  • Manage the end-to-end process for the Global Culture Survey, from planning and delivery through to analysis and follow-up recommendations.
  • Translate survey insights into practical, actionable strategies, plans, and guidance for leaders to strengthen engagement and reinforce Interface's purpose-driven culture.
  • Facilitate local-level interpretation of culture data, supporting conversations that drive alignment, ownership, and meaningful change.

Performance, Readiness & Development Insights

  • Use performance, potential, and readiness data to identify trends and provide recommendations that inform talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to interpret assessment results (e.g., Hogan) and provide coaching insights that support leader and team development.
  • Create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports that summarize progress, insights, and outcomes of talent programs.

Technology, Tools & Analytics

  • Serve as the Workday Learning and Talent module expert, ensuring system configuration and processes align with evolving business and talent needs.
  • Partner with HR Technology and Analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities, maintain data integrity, and drive adoption of technology-enabled talent practices.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance employee development experiences.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR colleagues and business leaders, helping them interpret and apply enterprise talent strategies to their teams and functions.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and reviews that promote consistency, understanding, and accountability for talent outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally within the People Development & Culture team to ensure programs and practices are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 or more years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or implementing enterprise-level talent and leadership programs.
  • Experience interpreting and applying Hogan Assessments or similar tools to guide development and readiness discussions.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with HR technology platforms (Workday strongly preferred) and comfort using data to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and awareness of workforce trends, digital HR tools, and innovations shaping the future of talent management.

This full-time role is based at our Headquarters office in Atlanta, GA. We offer a hybrid work schedule / office environment.
