More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com Who We Are Looking For The Assistant General Counsel ("AGC") will serve as a member of the Crisis24 legal team, providing strategic advice on litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters. The AGC will primarily oversee company litigation for employment matters, general liability, automotive liability, and other business litigation. The AGC will also be the primary lawyer on regulatory inquiries, safety programs, business licensing, and compliance, with a special focus on wage and hour programs in California, Oregon, and Washington. Travel is required, sometimes internationally. The AGC will also provide broader legal guidance to company leadership and employees on a wide range of matters as a key advisor within the legal function. This position will be in Washington, DC metropolitan area, with some time required in our Annapolis, MD office. What You Will Work On:
