Global Marketing Manager (Andover, MA) Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We are seeking a talented Global Market Manager (product manager) to join our team at a pivotal moment in our company's growth. This role is responsible for growing and maintaining the Shoulder Repair business globally through new product development, global strategy creation, and portfolio life cycle management. This individual will work with the global marketing network, including regional and in-country marketing teams to gain insight into local market dynamics, collecting voice of customer feedback, and consolidating input into the development of the Global Product Plan. The Global Market Manager is responsible for developing a Global Product strategy for the shoulder sub-segment he/she oversees. They will also serve as the Marketing function lead on new product development (NPD) teams. This person will prepare market assessments, business plans to support NPD programs, capture competitive intelligence, and develop relevant global market models to support their assigned product categories. The Global Market Manager will work in collaboration with regional marketing leadership to develop initiatives and strategies that support the global selling organizations around the world. This includes tactics to drive global sales force readiness and achieve the global revenue targets for the Shoulder Repair focus product brands. What will you be doing?

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
