• GED or high school diploma required
• 1+ year forklift experience in a warehouse setting
• Valid cert
• Run sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks
• Know safety rules and warehouse basics
• Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet
• Inspect equipment and report issues

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Manage ventilators, drips, and high-acuity interventions
• Participate in codes, rapid responses, and emergency care
• Collaborate with physicians, RTs, therapists, and other ICU staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license
• BLS required, ACLS within 4 months, PALS within 1 year
• Minimum 2 years ICU/critical care experience or completion of a hospital-designated critical care course
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
