• 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in injection molding or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a fast-paced production floor.

Day in the Life: Machine Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to support production teams and molding technicians.
• Inspect machines regularly, document unscheduled repairs, and complete assigned maintenance projects.
• Train and assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, order maintenance supplies, and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
• Follow and enforce GMP and Food Safety standards to ensure compliance.
