How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for effective administrative support for the Global Channel Partnership and Programs team including maintenance of records and files, expense reports, budget reconciliation reports, meeting coordination, facilitation of internal communication, activity follow-up, report compilation and analysis, team event coordination and travel arrangements. Effective collaboration across multiple internal teams and stakeholders is critical for success.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience in a business or corporate office setting; international business exposure and familiarity desirable.
  • Strong operations support experience
  • Experience working in professional and managerial positions; successful relationships and communications with individuals from diverse geographic locations and cultures preferred.
  • Ability to Identify, check/cross-check, and maintain detailed information for diverse information to track and report.
  • Ability to prepare and design presentations for the leadership team.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and use of internet, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
