Responsibilities

We're seeking an Expert Systems Integrator to lead and oversee the integrity of a complex systems-of-systems enterprise supporting the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG). In this role, you'll provide technical leadership across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments-ensuring solutions are planned, integrated, tested, documented, and maintained to deliver timely and accurate GEOINT.

This is a senior, high-impact position for a systems leader who thrives in mission-critical environments and enjoys guiding teams while solving complex integration challenges across government and federal partners.

What You'll Do

    Lead and perform systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support accurate and timely GEOINT delivery.

  • Maintain a total systems perspective, with deep technical understanding of system relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.

  • Oversee planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions using defined processes and tools.

  • Direct the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Integrators.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and mission domains to ensure integrated, secure, and scalable solutions.



Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

    • Equivalent experience accepted: 4 additional years with no degree, or 2 additional years with a non-STEM degree.

  • 18+ years of systems integration experience supporting large, complex Systems of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.

  • Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.

  • Prior experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs or projects.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, or the ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Desired
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including relevant processes, tools, and modeling languages.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
