Job Scope

The sales enablement associate will support the Molecular Commercial Effectiveness Manager and the MolecularMarketing team by helping manage and deliver sales enablement solutions that empower sales teams throughtraining, technology, sales methodology, and content management in order to meet organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, in conjunction with the Commercial Effectiveness Manager, tohelp implement and drive strategic sales tools, activities, and programs to achieve stated business objectives.

* Assist in enhancing the Molecular Commercial team's performance through learning, training, and contentdelivery programs.

* Assist in determining sales enablement priorities.

* Collaborate with the Marketing team to update the sales content repository.

* Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify gaps/needs in sales content/collateral.

* Collaborate with the Molecular Application's team to help identify commercial effectiveness activities andstrategies specific to their needs.

* Partner with Sales leadership to ensure compliance with Diasorin sales methodologies and requiredKPI's/activities.

* Assist in monitoring and measuring effectiveness of sales methodology best practices.

* Assist in onboarding of new Sales team members to ensure effective transition into new role.

* Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure accurate learning/training programs are assigned during theappropriate stage of onboarding.

* Schedule and assist in managing Molecular new-hire training classes (both in-person and virtual).

* Support sales performance training metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods.

* Monitor tool usage and performance to help identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

* Assist in managing all aspects of session scheduling for the National Commercial Meeting.

Education, Experience and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field should be required
  • 3+ years experience in sales, customer-facing role, sale enablement support role, or learning and development preferred
  • 1+ years Sales or customer-facing experience in the field of Molecular Diagnostics preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships cross-functionally.
  • A sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Basic technical proficiency and ability to confidently utilize PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MicrosoftTeams, and other digital platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to translate complex information into easily digestible content.
  • Ability to embrace flexibility and respond positively to the pivots required in a dynamic workenvironment.
  • Basic familiarity and understanding of LMS systems and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce).
  • Desire to continually increase knowledge and grow career in the sales enablement or learningand development space.
