• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $28 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Support the MRO department with purchasing activities using Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems
• Monitor safety stock levels to prevent inventory shortages or overages
• Communicate inventory levels with key suppliers to support replenishment needs
• Expedite material shipments and coordinate deliveries per approved purchase orders and schedules
• Maintain accurate subcontractor and purchasing files in accordance with procedures
• Process and place non-inventory purchase orders, including production supplies and capital items
• Assist the preventive maintenance team by assembling and rebuilding kits for sub-assembly equipment
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and personal protective equipment requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department needs

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two-year college certificate plus two years of related experience and/or training
• Prior experience in an MRO, purchasing, or manufacturing support role
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods during the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a production environment while adhering to safety and quality standards
