• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
• System Management: Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system, including receiving, transfers, and adjustments.
• Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain the storage area, ensure accurate labeling, and manage stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure materials are available for manufacturing.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
