Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift Only)

Pay Rate: $24.95 - $27.55 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity

What You'll Do

• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards.
• Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Conduct soldering on both surface mount and through-hole components with precision.
• Apply your skills in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, grinding, and polishing of metal products.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and collaboration.
• Be prepared to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (testing required prior to interviews).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in soldering and comfortable using a wide range of test equipment.
• Prior experience in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, and polishing preferred.
