Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, brokers, and carriers to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including BOLs, invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Obtain freight quotes, schedule shipments, manage claims, and verify broker billing accuracy.
• Assist with packing, loading, and unloading materials using forklifts; operate company stake truck for deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and vendors to prepare and package products for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years' experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping methods (FOB, Prepaid/Add), and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; manufacturing job costing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Forklift certification and a clean driving record required.
