Overview of the Role Digital Enterprise Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Workday HCM to join our product organization supporting the Global Employee Success (HR) team at Salesforce. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for key Workday HCM capabilities, driving scalable and innovative HR solutions that support Salesforce's Talent and Recruiting strategy. You will partner closely with HR stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional IT partners to translate business needs into high-impact product outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings deep expertise in Workday HCM, Position Management, and Security, with strong business analysis and product delivery experience.
