Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Continuity Analyst! About the Role The Business Continuity Analyst is an important member of the overall risk management function for Symetra. The Business Continuity Analyst is tasked with supporting and implementing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program lifecycle. This includes working with business units to perform business impact analyses (BIA), assisting in business continuity plan (BCP) development, conducting and evaluating BCP exercises, promoting program initiatives through training and awareness, and maintaining emergency preparedness activities. Compensation Salary Range:$79,900 - $133,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
