Overview

The Break Time Digital Marketing and Loyalty Specialist ensures seamless operation and continuous improvement of the loyalty program for Break Time Convenience Stores, creates content for Break Time's social media presence and assists with other digital channels including the mobile app and website. In addition, this position provides customer service for the loyalty program, assists in the development, printing and distribution of marketing collateral, and supports the successful completion of planned marketing programs for Break Time.

Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, ensuring smooth enrollment, point accrual, redemption processes, and overall functionality including regular written and verbal communication with the loyalty provider, store management, and customers.
  • Monitor success and product changes to ensure appropriate performance within the loyalty program; as needed, recommend and implement changes to enhance program performance.
  • Maintain Break Time's social media presence, ensuring content represents the brand, is accurate, current, and drives customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain accurate, relevant content on the website and mobile app and in Google business listings.
  • Monitor and respond to Break Time customer feedback through social media sites where Break Time maintains a presence, as well as feedback on Google, company website and mobile app, and the Break Time email inbox
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Work closely with the in-store collateral development team to create advertising materials for retail location sales floors, to include ordering, printing, and shipping to each store based on need

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field or a minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to professionally interact with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent writing skills, including ability to convey material concisely using proper grammar and punctuation
  • Thorough understanding of a variety of social media sites, including a command of each network and their best practices
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid working knowledge of their core functions.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Minimal travel expected to company sites and to trainings, trade shows, store visits, and meetings, some of which may be overnight
  • Ability to exchange accurate information verbally and in written form with the customers of MFA Oil in English
  • Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
