Whether it's caring for a loved one, taking time for mental health, or volunteering in your community, we support the full spectrum of what it means to be human at work.

We're seeking a Temporary Contracts Specialist on Blanchard's Sales Contracts team. This role partners with the Sales Team, Project Managers, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to create, process, and execute Blanchard-generated sales contracts that are accurate, consistent with established company guidelines, and professionally administered. This role is designed to support core contracting activities using approved templates and established processes, while working in close partnership with the Sales Contracts Manager on non-standard matters.

This is a temporary opportunity with the assignment estimated to last approximately 6-8 months. While the assignment is time-bound, Blanchard values strong performance, collaboration, and adaptability, and future opportunities may be considered based on business needs and performance.

Duties Include:

  • Reviews summaries of deliverables provided by Sales and Project Managers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved offerings prior to sending agreements to clients.
  • Reviews and incorporates client-proposed changes that are consistent with established company guidelines, escalating non-standard or policy-impacting changes as appropriate.
  • Processes contract documents through Blanchard's contract lifecycle management system (Gateway), Salesforce, and DocuSign.

Coordination and Communication

  • Serves as a point of contact for Sales and Project Managers regarding assigned contracts, timelines, and required information.
  • Communicates professionally with clients as needed to facilitate contract execution and resolve routine questions.
  • Tracks assigned agreements through execution and ensures contract records are updated accurately in Gateway.
  • Escalation and Collaboration
  • Work in close partnership with the Sales Contracts Manager on non-standard contractual terms, including legal, privacy, and information security-related matters.
  • Coordinates with Sales to obtain approval for changes to pricing, payment terms, or other key business terms.
  • Escalates contractual issues as needed to ensure alignment with company policy and risk tolerance.

Systems and Process Support

  • Uses Salesforce and DocuSign independently from Day 1.
  • Learns and follows internal processes for contract intake, tracking, and record management in Gateway.
  • Maintains organized contract records and document communications as appropriate.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in contract administration, sales contracts, or a similar role preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and electronic signature platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to understand, review, and apply contract terms within established guidelines.
  • Comfort working with templates, standardized processes, and defined escalation paths.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting expected turnaround times.
  • Professional, approachable communication style with both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the Sales Contracts Manager.

Work Environment: This is a remote role that requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort navigating evolving priorities.
