We are looking for a Customer Engagement Learning Manager US who is strategic, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our US Learning team, based in our US office in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

The Customer Engagement Learning Manager plays a key role in building capabilities across the US commercial organization. You will design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs, manage major learning initiatives, partner with stakeholders, coordinate crossfunctional planning, and support the execution of the Customer Engagement Framework. The role blends facilitation, project management, content creation, and vendor management to enhance leadership skills across the US region.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with commercial leaders, crossfunctional partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors. As part of the Patient Impact and Patient Evidence Learning Organization, you will collaborate across US growth markets to shape and execute learning strategies aligned to organizational priorities. This role partners with the Lead, Leadership Development, US and works in a highly matrixed, agile environment.

What you'll do

* Lead planning and execution of learning projects aligned to engagement strategy
* Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and crossfunctional coordination
* Build strong relationships to translate stakeholder needs into learning solutions
* Design and deliver impactful leadership development content and programs
* Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors supporting learning delivery
* Facilitate engaging leadership workshops and support continuous program improvement

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience in learning and development, in a commercial setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with expertise facilitating instructional programs.
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies with Learning and Development (Training) experience

Preferred requirements

  • 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry as a people leader with a team
  • Proven record in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Experience sourcing and managing external learning partners or vendors.
  • Experience coordinating learning programs across multiple business units.
  • Knowledge of leadership development and customer engagement capability building.
  • Experience working in an agile, patient value-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $108,000 to $141,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
